Ritu advises public and private companies on regulatory compliance, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. She focuses on advising clients that develop a range of mobility solutions, including autonomous vehicles, connectivity, and transportation technologies.

Ritu serves as a strategist, dot connector, and idea generator to help entrepreneurs develop end-to-end compliance programs tailored to their unique risk profile, while still remaining nimble and growth-driven. With her counsel, companies have drafted compliance tools, education, and communications to address potential risks in various legal areas, including antitrust, data privacy, ethics, antibribery, and state and local transportation laws.

Ritu brings in-house experience from more than two years in the enterprise services division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (and its successors), where she served as primary legal counsel advising commercial leaders on tech transactions, growth opportunities, contract negotiations, and all aspects of ongoing commercial matters.

Prior to that, Ritu spent more than five years working at global law firms, advising both public and private clients on mergers and acquisitions and investment activity. Ritu has experience working with clients across multiple industries, including the technology, automotive, and energy sectors.
