We represent landlords and tenants in simple and highly sophisticated retail and office leases. 

Recently, we represented the owner of a mixed-use building in an office lease for 275,000 square feet of office space.  The lease includes an option that would require the landlord to convert the building to condominium ownership, giving the tenant the option to purchase its space. 

In another recent transaction, we represented a purchaser in acquiring a development site in Midtown Manhattan. During the five-month closing process, we successfully negotiated leases for 80% of the building, enabling the purchaser to obtain non-recourse financing.

We have also been involved in the ground lease of a prime Times Square corner to a retailer,  as well as numerous retail leases on Fifth Avenue.
