Allison is a strategic estate planning and tax attorney with a diverse professional background. She represents clients ranging from individuals to business owners and fiduciaries. When counseling clients, Allison draws on her experience in multiple roles within the legal and financial services industries, including private practice, managing complex fiduciary relationships for an established trust company, work for a family office, and externships with the Internal Revenue Service and the Cook County Probate Division. She advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills and revocable trusts, as well as strategic lifetime giving options, administration of existing trusts, tax matters, and business succession planning. Allison takes pride in translating complex estate planning and tax issues into digestible concepts to best equip clients to make informed decisions about their estate plans.
